Privacy policy

This policy explains how Leadership Resources and Consulting, LLC ("LRAC," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site or contact us through it. We're based in Austin, Texas, and we're an Everything DiSC® Authorized Partner.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send a message or request a quote, we receive what you enter: your name, email, company, and, if you choose, your phone number, the products and group sizes you're interested in, and your message.

Assessment information. If you or your organization buy an Everything DiSC® assessment through us, it's delivered on an online platform run by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., such as Catalyst™. Assessment responses and results are collected and processed by Wiley under Wiley's own privacy policy.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We don't ask for sensitive information such as health details, government ID numbers, or financial account numbers through this site. Please don't include them in a message.

2. How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare quotes, set up and support the assessments you order, send invoices, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We don't add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

4. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the site and our business: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google Workspace (our email), and John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (Everything DiSC® assessments, when you order them).
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
• As part of a merger, sale, or similar business transfer, with notice where required.

We don't take payments on this site.

5. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected or to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of certain uses. This includes rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), and the EU and UK GDPR. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

8. International visitors

We're in the United States, and information you send us is processed here. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

This site and our services are for businesses and adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
